gmail dark mode/theme

have any of you received the option to enable dark mode in gmail yet? i've got the correct build number but have yet to see the option. i also read this morning that google is pushing out dark mode/theme for play store.

I haven't seen it. I have the proper build for Gmail as well.

It seems to be a server-side update so you need to be patient.

All these apps need to be fixed and have a dark theme pushed out. And fix the splash screens too. With Google's resources it shouldn't be this big of a deal.

It's just gone. Back to light mode, with no way to change it back.

Reportedly this has been fixed again in the Play Store.

play store finally showed up dark this morning. still nothing in gmail.

As of right now I have the dark app store, but a light Gmail and a light Google and assistant. Ive had the dark Google and assistant twice now, but it is again light right now. Even my GF on an iPhone got dark Gmail before I did.

Received the Play Store and it looks great. No Gmail yet though.

opened gmail bright and early this morning and it's all dark!!! finally.
