Gmail mail app not sending messagess

The Gmail mail app is having issues sending Emails. All outgoing mail are stuck on "Sending ..."
The stock email app for the Razr Maxx is sending them just fine.
Anyone else having this issue?

Had the device for a month. It happened a few days ago.
Cleared all the data and cache for my Gmail accounts.
So far its working fine.
