Gmail not sending emails with attachments.

I am having a problem sending emails attached with a video or photo via the Gmail stock app. I have emails in the outbox that should have been synced a few days ago. Any help with this issue?

P.S. I've hard reset my device and all. However, I'm still experiencing the same issue.
