Gmail. saving sound files

How do I go about saving sound files sent to me thru gmail? I can easily preview the sound but can't figure out how to save it... any suggestions are appreciated

There are apps in the Market, like Blackmoon Attachment Save, that will allow you to save any GMail attachment.
