Gmail stopping when trying to reply or forward

My Gmail is continuously stopping whenever I try to reply or forward a message from my phone, HTC one.. is this happening to any one of you. Let me know what I can do.

I'm not sure if it is a gmail problem or a HTC problem. I can't even uninstall and install it again on the unlocked HTC one.

This works fine on my AT&T One. Maybe you should try uninstalling updates, re-updating the app and see if it helps.
Also clear cache and data first.

I did just that. It still closes when I try to reply or forward. I might have to reset my phone and try it again.

Does it do that using another email app?

Another idea is to disable the gmail and sideload another gmail apk. That's probably what I'd try rather than reset the whole phone.

I'll wait for the 4.2 update from HTC since it is very close and see if it works.
