Gmail subject in notification

I have two gmail accounts (actually they're both Google apps accounts) that I sync on my phone. One is my work account and the other is my personal account. My work account always shows the email subject in the notification, but my personal account always just says "New mail". Anybody have any idea why they act differently?

If you have more than one unread message, it won't show the subject.
