How do you switch the view on Gmail so that the person that sent you the mail is on top and the subject is below.

I don't think there's an option for that in Gmail.

How do you switch the view on Gmail so that the person that sent you the mail is on top and the subject is below.

That would be a great option. I've been wanting that for a while now. Coming from a Blackberry and hearing how great Android is, I'm actually shocked at how poor the Gmail app is and the general lack of cut and paste. Why not throw in Gtalk while I'm ranting? No group chat and no way to share images, files, etc.

Google apps just seem to lack options sometimes.

It's strange that you can't share files using gtalk on Android considering you can with the BlackBerry gtalk app.

Also, on my BlackBerry I didn't like the gmail plugin so I always use my unified email folder which doesn't group messages together!
