GN4, Error during 5.1 Install

I'm getting OTA updates notices for 5.1 on my Google LG Nexus 4 Unlocked on T-Mobile in North Carolina, 5.1 downloads, then goes into install, then during install get an error message and it hangs there until it reboots at old OS. What's going on? It's happened three times now.

PS; tried over wifi with sim removed, didn't work.

Fogittaboutit ! I grabbed the factory image and installed it with Wugfresh! Who needs funky OTA anyway?

Try clearing the cache from recovery mode, if that doesn't work, then do a full master reset from recovery mode
