I recently had to do a hard boot on my droid x and I backed up all my messages using the cloud backup feature and now i was to restore them but there is no way for me too login to the app. It asks me to create an account in which I tried with the same information as before but then there is nothing to restore. Please help if you have used this feature in the past. Thx

Finally figured out. I didnt even know that there was 3 screens on this program after using it for a year. haha

If i understand your situations correctly, i had the same issuee. For me, the solution ended up being to go back to the playstore and pulling up smspro once again. Once i did, i hit install and it obviously had already been purchased and i believe i was instructed to either redownload or update at which time it through the app right back up and from there i was able to access the backups. this app doesnt seem to have nearly enough feedback, which strikes me as odd being in my opinion such a great feature filled and popular app. Id like to hear from anyone who comes across more instruction for this particular app.
There is also a website which is GO SMS for Web where you can log in and read your backed up sms.
I hope this has helped! Good Luck!

I use sms back up and restore. Backs up to cloud e.g. Dropbox and also via email. I ditched Go Sms Pro over the weekend when I installed it on my Note 3 and I started getting spam texts over and over again of random letters numbers and symbols. Uninstalled it and spam stopped. Using Textra now, so far, so good.
