go sms screen on and notification issue

I don't know how many other people have come across this but why is it that we can't customize the ringtone for sms pro? When I go into the notifications settings I can't seem to get any of the options to pop up.

Also I have "screen on" disabled and it works fine for the most part. But anyone who has an "individual" setting, their message makes the screen turn on.

Anyone else experiencing these problems? Any help would be great! Thank you!
