Go Weather and GPS

Every time I turn on the phone or try to refresh Go Weather, it says that there was a network anomaly and that Go Weather can't find my location, even though I have it set to "my location" in the settings menu... any ideas what the problem is?

Version 1.9.9 is borked. I have the same problem on my MoPho, Epic and OG Evo.

Old version 1.6.5 is working just fine on all three phones.

It appears that the latest version is not aquiring GPS.....

ironic that enhanced GPS functionality was cited in their changelog...
