Going crazy in Thailand. Buffering

[Android Central Question]

Bought a very highly rated new Android TV box from Amazon. 2 ram 200+ megs of fast wifi did a speed test. Its buffering so bad it barley moves. I have tried everything I know how to do. Need someone smarter then I am to walk me through and trouble shoot.

Any advice ?
