Gone from iphone to s5 help needed

Hi I am very excited with my new Samsung galaxy S5 I got today .I've finally done the jump from iPhone after so many years. God what an amazing phone it is I need some help with transferring all my data from the iPhone 4 to the new s5. what would be the easiest way to do this. Any help would be much appreciated many thanks

Yes just found the app that's good thanks very much but have now got to try and get my iphone backed up as it's got another one of my iPads backed up on my iphone it's saying I need to buy more storage I am in a right pickle lol
