So after having issues with the rezound switching from wifi to 4g, I called Verizon tech support for assistance. This is the third rezound that I have had and they all have the same issue. When I am leaving a wifi area my phone will not automatically connect to the mobile data. I have to do a restart which is annoying. Anyway to make a long story short, Verizon is sending me a razor Maxx, which they claim has no connection problems. I love my rezound and really do not want to go to the Maxx, but I Los need a phone that will function properly all the time. When rep was going through the choice of phones she could send me she stated it would make no sense sending me a nexus when there are known connection problems with that phone, so the razor is the best one to fix issue. Now I did not ask for a nexus, all I asked for was a phone that worked properly but why are they so fixated on razors?
