good case + screen protector combinations?

Finally got my N4 today and I'm super excited!

Anyways I'm looking for some good case + screen protection combinations. I've seen a lot of case and screen protector recommendations, but I just got the cheap i-Blason TPU case + skinomi techskin and they do not fit as well as I thought which is disappointing.

Therefore, i'm probably gonna go buy another good case + protector that'll hopefully well. any recommendations for combinations?

The zaggs screen protector fits pretty much perfectly with the n4 going edge to edge on the screen and the proper cutout at the top for mic and sensor and camera.
And my cruzerlite hugs the phone solidly so happy with that. and together it's working perfect for me.

with that being said, the cruzerlite at the front face just barely goes over the front bezel and over the edge of the screen.
You have to be careful and set the case lip over the screen protector... otherwise if you just pop in the case you'll push and lift your screen protector.

it was a little headache because it would lift the edges and I had to use the spray to relube the screen and reset it and then once dry carefully position the case lip.
but now it's perfect, no gaps between case and protector. solid fit. if you dont want to deal with that then find a protector thats cut a little short to the edges.

I have the Skinomi screen protector and a cheap tpu case from amazon. The case kept peeling the edges of the screen protectors up. I bought a ionic guardian and it doesn't seem like it peels the edges up. The ionic seems more protective but it is bulkier and the back seems more slippery.

I'm using the skinomi screen protector. Excellent and easy to apply btw. And my androidify tpu case should be here by the 5th of Feb. I'm hoping the tpu case wraps around onto the front just enough to go over the outer edge of the screen protector. Hoping this case adds a little protection with also keeping the slimness of the nexus 4. I'm really waiting for the rearth case because the back is clear tpu so u can see the beautiful back of this phone
