Good day, I own a Samsung Galaxy GT i5510m.

All my apps are gray with no cache (wether that's relevant) and I can't uninstall anything. My Device Administrator sits empty and I have read somewhere (?) that there may be a hidden app affecting this but I can't download anything to check. Any help would be much appreciated! :-

Wow, that's an old phone. Google stopped supporting Ice Cream Sandwich a few months ago, so there's a very good chance that your phone is only good for basic phone calls and perhaps a few old apps. Get a more current phone.
