Good decision?

I have an HTC one and have been eyeballing a Moto X....someone is selling a brand new one for $300 since they don't have Verizon and won it at work...I am thinking of selling my HTC one for about $350 and making a $50 profit and getting a Brand new moto x. Is the X better than the one?

I wouldn't say one is better than the other. It all depends on what you prefer and what features you like in a phone

Depends on what you need your phone for. If you're more of a media consumption/gamer kind of guy then I'd stick with the One.
If you can live with the camera on the X and like faster updates, a smaller phone with the same sized screen and the awesome touchless controls/active notifications then go for it
