Evening everyone

Im Brandon. Since 2010 I've mostly been an Apple iPhone user. Ive had a few Android phones in between. I don't even count the dreadful windows phone i had in 2010 as a phone lol. Most recently i went from my iPhone 5s to the Galaxy Note 3, and wow. What a huge difference between the 2. Both have there good and bad. To be honest i switched to the Note 3 because of the deal At&t was running and since the first one debuted I've always been intrigued by it as well. I have to say i love the OS and the freedom to customize practically everything, not so much with the iPhone line!

Hoping i can learn about the OS and the Note line as well on here, as well as meeting some people on here too!

-Brandon. :)

thanks all! Yea i have both apple and samsung / android os products and to be honest both obviously have their ups and downs! but for the most part transition was fairly easy to the note 3.

not that its a big issue but whats up with how android updates the os system?? iOS updates were same day for most all devices. hmmm

Apple controls all of the updates, but on Android, it's up to the carriers. That's why you see the staggered release dates of updates. The Nexus line is the only one that's free of that, since Google took the same approach as Apple did with the iPhone.
