Honestly the best would be to get case, then get a leather holster that will fit the case. All of the holster combos always use plastic clips and tend to break when you sit down. I've broken a handful and I'm a skinny guy. I have used several brands and they always break in the same place( the part where the clip connects to the holster). Right now I have and S3 in a Ballistic Maxx combo holster. I've gone through 2 holsters now because of the same problem. I'm on the 3rd one now and am just waiting for it to break. But I now have a backup leather holster that will hold the S3 with the Ballistic Case on the phone.
The only issue is that since the Note 2 is already so big I'm not sure if a product would be available for your phone. I would do a search for a "leather holster for the Note 2 with a case". I would also try Ebay. They have a lot of those odd items from china and hong kong.
Also those tempered glass screen protectors affect the touch sensitivity on the phone. I hated using it because I would have to press down a bit harder(not a lot, but enough for it to get irritating) for it to register contact. I'm also not sure how much it will affect the spen.
