Good morning. I am trying to connect my Huawei P8 lite to my PC usb

I don't know if it is the settings and even if it is, how do I change it in order to connect my phone? I can conect the Huawei Y600-U40 and that one works, but not the P8 lite.

Welcome to Android Central! When you connect via USB, swipe down the notification panel. Is there a USB icon there? If so, tap it and make sure MTP or File Transfer is selected.
