Good Task & Calendar app

Just switching from IOS to Android. Want to find a good app where I can:

Have a list of tasks that can be dragged onto any date/time on a calendar.
And similarly, tasks in calendar can be dragged back to generic task list.

Is there such an app?

Although I don't think you can drag items like you're requesting, I use Business Calendar with a Business Tasks add-on. With its widgets, tasks show up in the calendar like calendar entries. My setup uses Google Calendar and gTasks, so it works pretty well.
