good third party proximity sensor app

What is a good proximity sensor app that I can run that will wake my phone and display the lock screen when I remove my phone from my pocket, pick it up off a table, wave my hand over it, etc. that is good on battery life?

I use a replacement lock screen versus the included one -- I use Next from Microsoft Garage and really like it. Essentially I want my phone to show the Next Lock screen when I take it out of my pocket without having to hit the button on the side. The included one will who notifications and the time, however I have to hit the button on the side or use the unlock slider in order to get to my Next Lock screen.

I am also concerned how one knows for sure that a third party proximity sensor application isn't a security risk meaning reporting info to who knows where...
