What business uses outlook as a standalone product? If you do, that's not very smarts.
I can understand using outlook as a front-end. But on the back-end, it's driven by EAS for most businesses.

It's inconceivable to me that you would want to "sync" your email with what is technically an periodically polled offline solution. I would suggest using some other back-end solution, and keeping the Outlook program that you know and love... and you wouldn't know that there's a change.
oh well, whatever floats your boat. people jumping on your case, well... they might be overly zealous on what is essentially your decision to go with an antiquated solution... but can you really blame them for making such comments if you're still using the 1990's email solution of choice?
