Goodlock not working

I've downloaded Goodlock and the modules for Quickstar and Lockstar and the Open button is faded out after install on both of them. I've uninstalled them and reinstalled, the same thing happens. This is directly from the Galaxy Store, is it not compatible with the Note 10+ until another update? I can't stand the clock being on the left.

The version I downloaded is dated August 14, 2019. Version 1.0.00.53. I guess it's the latest. This really sucks, I use the entire suite of goodlock apps. I'm bummed.

I mainly use it for recent apps , but yeah it's one of the best things Samsung has done Good lock.

Did you use Activity manager to create shortcut to Quickstar?

The phone is technically not even out yet till Friday. They could be updating Friday.

IIRC, the Note9 wasn't supported at launch, either. Once updated, it contained even more features than before. I think it was only a few weeks, if I'm not mistaken.

If I remember right... When the Note 9 came out GoodLock wasn't available until the end of September/Beginning of October

Good Lock is working for me, but I only use Quickstar to hide the icons and clock in my status bar and One Hand Operation + for additional gestures. I did move the clock to the left and right side and that also worked. I do have the smaller Note though.

Same problem when Note 9 was launched.. I guess good lock update is around the corner... As official note 10 launch is 23rd...i really love good lock use screen shot and power button on the Nav bar

I finally got it to work, I'm not sure how, I just clicked on one of the pictures on the main page even though the open button was faded out, it took me to the menu and I got it set up correctly.

good lock works fine on my unlocked note 10 plus
