Goodluck notification popup color

After I'm installing GL with the circled apps installed, my popup notifications are very light blue and almost illegible. Can anyone tell me where / how to change the color of the notification (are the called toast) messages that popup at the top when you get email, calendar etc notifications? I dont have a screenshot of the light notifications, sorry.

EdgeLighting+ has options for the color.

Those come up just fine with the color specified in edgelighting+. My issue, I think, is the larger system notifications that take up the top 1/4 of thescreen.

Sounds like you want to make the change in QuickStar to the Quickpanel.

That makes sense since it began when I installed this I believe but there is no setting specifically for the popup shade.
