Google Account Problem, can I get some help?

Google Account Problem

First of all,I'm new here,so hello everyone!

Now,my phone is LG G4 Beat with the android version of Lollipop.It was fine and dandy,and all of a sudden,it decided to ask me to add my Google account when I tried to open my game that needs Google Play Games.

I entered my info,and I get an error message.

"Couldn't sign in.
There was a problem communicating with Google servers.
Try again later."

But the thing is,I can clearly login to my Google account anywhere else.I can login to my account from built-in internet app from my phone.I can login to my account from my PC.But I can't login to my Google account from my phone directly,making me not able to reach apps and games that need a Google account.

Can you please help me out?

Edit : Since I'm only using wifi,I don't think APN settings are wrong.I did check them,but they are right.

Also,it happens on directly my phone.When I try to sign in to my google account from my phone,it gives that error.And since some apps need Google account (Youtube,Shards Of Magic,Google Play Store etc.) I cannot use them.

Weirdly enough,I can use Youtube without Google account,but then it's not my account.

All games or only some games?

If it's just some, contact the developers.

If it's all games, but other apps work (like Drive), it's one of those problems that are the reason most developers go bald at a young age. It shouldn't be happening.

If it's all apps, double-check your APN settings. If that's right, bring the phone to your carrier for assistance.

Someone isn't getting the correct IP address of the server for some reason, but it can be because the app has it hard-coded (which is a no-no in internet-land), your phone has a DNS problem or your carrier (or provider, if it happens on wifi) has a DNS problem.

Games that need Google Play and a Google account.And apps that nees Google account.

Excuse me for double posting,but I think I fixed half of it.

I tried the almighty factory reset,and now I get a different error.Without giving me any chance to input my info,I get this error :

"Couldn't sign in
Can't enstablish a reliable connection to the server.
This could be a temporary problem or your Android device may not be provisioned for data services.If it continues,call Customer Care."
