Google App Market Stats???

Any developers know how to get any accurate app market stats like you would get for Google analytics? I don't see any way to get this data. If its not accessible that just sucks...

Unfortunately we can not see the actual traffic that is flowing through the market pages into your app similar to a sales funnel in analytics. Your best bet is programming your own analytics functionality into your app or using someone's SDK and web app to help you like Admobs. At least that way you will have more of a clue on your install base.
