Google has released iOS apps for Google Earth, Google Voice, Google Books, Google Places, and Google Mobile (search + Google goggles). Anyone think they will ever release a GMail app or a Google Talk app? They have both of these available as native apps on Blackberry and would be great to have on the iPhone.

Just curious. Why do you want a native Gmail App? Why not just use the Gmail option in the Mail App or even the Exchange option?
Using IMAP to connect to my Gmail account from Mail allows me to switch interchangeably between either client instantly, which is a nice compromise, but sadly leaves me underwhelmed either way.
I setup exchange in my wife iPhone and works very well. For her that she is never happy was a big achievement... lol
