Google Assistant Wont Stay On?

I just tried to use my Google assistant and it wont work.furthermore,when I turn on the option.it only stays on for about 5 seconds and turns back off.Im not sure if it's the latest update but can anyone help me with this?

This is where I'm speaking of.The top option only stays on for a couple seconds.

Do you mean, when it's listening to you after you say "hey Google", it only stays on for a few seconds?

No,where it says voice match on pic,when I press to turn on,it turns on by blue but then goes back to grey which is off.

But I fixed it I think,by clearing my cache.Thanks!
