Google calendar marshmallow problem

When I got my new samsung galaxy S7 edge, my only complaint was that Google calendar was running at a snails pace. When I go to swipe from month to month or click the add icon, it takes as long as 10 - 20 seconds for the page to move to the next month or for my icon to give me the add page. But now that ive added MM to my galaxy S6 edge and my LG V10, im having the same issue on both those devices too. I've emailed google, but what good is that. Anyone else having this issue? Where you able to cure it?

Have you tried to reset the app by force stop and clear data?

Yes, I even uninstalled & re-installed.

I had installed Marshmallow on my android phone but I haven't faced this kind of issue till now. Hope your issue will get sought out soon.
