Google Camera HDR+ apk doesn't work on XZ1 Compact

I wanted to test this so I downloaded the newest version first and then the previous one.

It installs just fine but it keeps crashing, which makes it useless. Or it could start to load but the app freezes. I'm sharing this so that you can save 3 minutes from trying it for yourself.

Do you mean the cache of the app itself? I did allow all permissions but I'll try it again, thank you.

Edit: I keep getting that Camera has stopped so I can only close the app. No luck. Ahh.

You want brackets merged on the phone HDR?

ProShot will take your brackets with a range of +/-ev values from 0.3 to 2.0 (at least on Xepria X). Then Vibrance HDR will let you pick the 2 or 3 bracketed shots from your gallery and merge them...

Hmm, that's good to know. In my case, I wanted to try it to see if there will be a difference for just point and shoot mode in the pictures because the difference with the Essential is really nice.

I have seen results of this camera with the LG V20 too and that also had some cool results.

Since it has no raw support it can't use the app.
I hope XDA does something coz I got a feeling that if the Google camera app works it's gonna get some very very very good photos
