Google carrier services

Hey all, was on the Play store earlier and saw an app called Google Carrier Services that is installed but disabled. I was just wondering if it is disabled for everyone or if it's disabled on certain networks.

It's disabled because you didn't update it. Enable it. Then that button changes to upgrade. Then it automatically enable.

Mine is disabled also, I have enabled it several times but it keeps going back to disabled

I am on Project Fi and it's enabled. Not sure if that makes a difference, but thought I would share.

I see "Carrier Services" (enabled) and "Google Connectivity Services" (enabled) on my Verizon variant, but nothing called "Google Carrier Services".

Your comment makes me think that this is enabled if you are on Project Fi (which is Google's carrier service) but disabled if you are using another carrier.
