Google chat bug

I've been using the Google Chat app on a Galaxy S10+ for several months. It's been quirky, but the bugs have always resolved themselves at some point. For the last three weeks or so, with one recipient specifically, my outgoing texts never get past the "delivered" message, even after she's read it. She has "read receipts" toggled on, and she can see when I've read her texts, so it's just a one-way glitch of some sort. It's always something!

Can try clear cache then force stop it , also check dir any updates in play store

Also try clearing the data from the app. All of your chats should resync once you reopen it.
