Google Cloud Calendar Outlook Exchange Sync

This is my problem my phone email contacts syncs with my Exchange server. If I add an item to my calendar on my phone or on my Exchange Outlook it will sync to my phone, Exchange Outlook calendar and my Google Cloud calendar. But if I add an item to my Google Cloud calendar it will sync to my phone only and not to my Exchange Outlook calendar. Plus all of my prior Google calendar items are not syncing to my Google Cloud calendar. How do I get all three to automatically sync regardless where I add an item and to get all three calendars to sync so they are identical? Thanks

Google sync google calendar with outlook. There is a program that will sync google calendar and outlook calendars.

Is this the program to be downloaded that appears at the bottom of the Google Calendar screen? Do you know if this program resides on my lap top connected to the Exchange server or on the server once downloaded? Thank you
 
My Google calendar and Exchange clendar were always isolated. The two NEVER mixed in any way as far as I know.
The same with my contacts.
I ended up putting CompanionLink on my work PC. That synchronized my Exchange and Google contacts (and calendars).
