Google drive is stuck uploading files and has been for the last 4 days how can I fi

How can I resolve this? - I have a Samsung Galaxy S3 which is where the photos were taken and as far as I know the files I wanted uploaded were successfully uploaded/synced onto my iPad. I just cannot get rid of the ongoing notification saying uploading 33 files.

Welcome to Android Central! Is that notification on your phone or your computer?

Try going to the App Manager, select Google Drive, and Clear Cache, then Force Stop. Now reopen Google Drive, and see if the problem persists.
