On my Z Fold 3, the picture my camera sends out to anyone is God awful. This is even with a great wifi or cell signal. Anyone else experiencing this and/or have a solution?

Go to the Duo app's settings and select Call Settings, then make sure Data Saving mode isn't turned on.

Try clearing the app cache/data for the Duo app in Settings>Apps.

Are you using a VPN?

Sorry. Been extremely busy. Same result open and closed. Tried covering cameras, definitely using the main, back cover cameras and quality still poor on cellular and wifi.

No problem, probably have to wait for update to see if it fixes this .

You can clear data and force stop Duo to make sure not a glitch within the app

So someone just sent me a FaceTime with the new web link thing they have done. Picture looks just like you'd expect with the cameras. Definitely linked to the Duo software.

I would definitely send feedback to Google from the Duo app's settings menu.

It actually kind sucks. They send you a call...you get it in text form. You accept and it opens a browser window. You type your name. It tells that person you are waiting and they ah e approve and then it's through the browser. Android phones can't initiate it. It's very poor. Takes far to long to get the call going.

Sorry, I didn't mean trying to call or chat with customer support -- I just meant the Send Feedback option, so that the Google devs know about this issue.

Hai,
I have experienced the similar issue but in my case the Duo(meet) video call sucks in Wifi and it turns to be very good with 5g/4g. Then I tried using Wifi with VPN ON and surprisingly the video fantastic and now I am experiencing HD and 1080p .

I hope this helps
