Google feed keeps closing after update

I recieved an update to my Verizon note 9 earlier this morning. Now my Google feed keeps closing when I'm trying to read it. Ive already restarted the phone but no change. Anyone else experiencing this? Thanks!!

Have you also tried clearing the Google app's cache and data in Settings>Apps​?
