Google Fi has a subscription deal for the P5a that isn't too bad - if you are comfy with Google Fi - I am.

I got my 3a xl when I was with Fi for 359.00. Unfortunately if you use any data whatsoever you'll pay too much excluding International Data. They could do themselves a favor in revamping their data plan.

I use very little data - bill averages $26.00 a month.

My intentions are not to put Fi down, I was on their plan for many years. At one time I was out of the country for 6-8 weeks a year, and being able to grab International Data for the same price as domestic data was the best around. However after no longer working from home it just became less expensive locally to grab a plan for 15-20 bucks a month which included a couple of gigs of data.

I ordered a 5a under the subscription plan - after trading in a 4a the price of the 5a isn't all that much. Since I am a light phone user, I may be able to survive with the 5a and not get a 6.

Since I can buy the 5a, I can also sell it.

So many options available today.
