Google fit or other fitness App movement/stand up reminder

Hey guys,

Long time since i posted something. Any who.... with the new year of course comes resolution. I wanted to know if there is a fitness app that offers a feature that is similar to what my Jawbone Up 24 had. It let me set a reminder to be active. When I wasnt the band would vibrate like crazy if i was still for like an hour.

Hi there... I'm not sure which Wear device you have... The Asus Wellness App does this.

Currently using LG G4 and Asus Zenwatch 2.
