Google Hangouts - Run On Startup?

Hello All! Sorry if this is not the appropriate place to post this question.

I am trying to help our team at work leverage the new Google Hangouts. Does anyone know of a way for the desktop application to auto-run when you start your computer? I know right now it will auto-run when you open Chrome.

Not the most elegant solution, but have Chrome launch at startup?

If it's a separate app (I don't know, I don't use it on my computer), just place a shortcut in your Windows StartUp folder. If it's not a separate app, then you'll have to do the same but with a Chrome link.
