Hi everyone,
I’m facing an issue where my Google Home doesn’t seem to follow the scheduled actions set in the eWeLink app. The schedule works fine within eWeLink itself, but Google Home doesn't respond or trigger the action accordingly (e.g., turning off the air-conditioning and turning on the fan).
- The eWeLink schedule successfully turns off the air-conditioning (physically, the AC turns off).
- However, Google Home doesn't reflect this status change — it still shows the AC as on.
- Because Google still thinks the AC is on, it doesn't proceed to trigger the fan to turn on (since the automation depends on the AC being off first).
Has anyone experienced something similar?
I've already tried:

I've already tried:
- Re-linking the eWeLink account in Google Home
- Restarting both apps and devices
- Rechecking the schedules and device names
