Google Ion Help!

Hi, I own the Google Ion phone which is basically a prototype phone that did not officially come out yet. Its also called the Developer Conference HTC phone. It is similar to the G1. I enabled the pattern lock to keep my phone safe, but my friend played with my phone and locked it due to failed attempts. It would keep asking me to sign in my gmail account which I don't even have. Is there any way I can manually reset or be able to use my phone again? Any information would be greatly appreciated. Please help! Thanks in advance.
