Google jumping when I go to it

I have a s3 not rooted or anything it is stock. I received my s3 3 months ago everything working fine up until a few days ago when I go to my bookmarks and click google google will glitch it will jump up and down on the screen making it impossible to use. I can not use google to search for anything I have to use the tool bar and type in what I need. I searched the internet and can not find anyone else or anything on this.

I have restarted my phone numerous times tried typing in google.ca and have used the book mark still getting the same thing.

Anyone else have ideas or having the same issue?

Try uninstalling Chrome and reinstall

Iam running Dolphin and had the same issue a few days ago and the next day it stopped, ive heard of other people having this issue with the stock browser.
