I have just made the switch from a galaxy nexus to galaxy s4 i9500, its really the best phone I ever had, but I'm experiencing this problem when I want to download google keyboard from the play store. When ever I try to download it, it gives me a message, this app isnt compatible with your samsung galaxy s4 i9500, I really need some help. I hate the Samsung keyboard, worst keyboard ever. Any suggestions/tips to this problem

When it was launched it was only available in a number of English speaking locales. Does this apply to you\?

I have the same model (i9500) and Google keyboard was one of the first apps I downloaded. Don't know what's happening there.

Thats weird...I have the I-9500 and it works for me...try uninstall and reinstall?
Also try this keyboard called SwiftKey....thats what I currently use and its pretty good!

Google keyboard, in its current state, is fairly new and isn't available in all locales. I have the i9505 and I am using it right now. I would switch to swype for now until Google keyboard is available for you.

you can also try kii keyboard

I use SwiftKey and really like it, but I really liked Kii Keyboard for a free alternative. I found I liked Kii a little better than Google, have to put up with a greenish theme but it's a good keyboard.
