Google kitkat notification

Why am I always getting a notification saying new location found with the kitkat symbol by it? Which setting is this under to turn off?

Here it is. I'm using locker pro lockscreen and running Nova pro. Anyone know what this notification is for? It pops up without me even entering any apps.

I'm guessing it's related to Google Location Services. See if you can find an option under Accounts / Google

Has anyone figured out how to get rid of this annoying notification? Seems like it only happens when GPS is enabled. I use AcDisplay and I've tried Blacklisting Google Location Services, but this notification still shows up.
