Google Maps 3D Satellite View?

I'm trying to find out if it is possible to get Google Maps to show a 3D Satelite view of building say in New York. I know it can do 3D view with just the outlines of the buildings I just can't seem to find a way to do this and doing a Google search results with links to sites that have absolutely no helpful info, they're just all reports of Google's map conference in early June.

For anyone that doesn't know what I'm talking about it's kinda like what the iPhone got with the latest update. Here's a picture of kinda what I'm looking for.
