Google maps NAVIGATE

I Can run Google maps fine. Can even get directions via Google maps but when I hit navigate, or try to use the navigate icon it says Google maps force close. I've deleted and re download from market several times with the same result. Any idea?

Same problem here. Just started this week. Uninstalled updates, tried every other trick I found on forums, including /system/app rename Maps.apk and re-download. I'm hoping I don't have to wipe and reload.
