Google Maps' shining blue beam guides

I have the very latest version of Google Maps. I still don't see the shining blue beam. How is it coming? Update or server side change? Thanks.

According to an Google/tech insider, this was introduced just 5 days ago.. the update should occur within the next few days for all others using any Android device. So officially, there's no official file or folder which needs to downloaded it will implements as one using the app or even while using the web browser maps.
