Since upgrading to Q I have discovered that my default Google Maps voice is deeper in tone!
Now I can change the voice back to the original one that I'm used to hearing but she does NOT say the street names. She only give measurements and then turn here???

Now if I go back again to the default voice she speaks the street names the way I am used to hearing, and the way I like it...BUT her voice has changed to a deeper tone that is not as audible as the previous voice.

Now I am not sure if this is the result of the upgrade to Q, or if a MAPS update sneaked itself in there and did this. I also remember being able to change the map voice and it still spoke the street names but now it doesn't? Anyone else notice this?

Yep, mine also sounds transgender now. I think it was intentionally implemented.
