Google mini

Hi everyone i am having a bit of a problem with my google mini .
my wife also has one and for some unknown reason when i go to play something on mine it casts to her mini not mine i put it right and it will do the same after a couple of days can someone please tel me why many thanks

Welcome to Android Central! Have you named each Home Mini something distinctive (like "His Mini" and "Her Mini")? If so, does that still eventually get mixed up?

I find the Google Home Mini to be very confusing with Group, Home, Device, and so forth. I finally got my set up and I specify which speaker. For example, if I say, "Play rock and roll" on the Kitchen speaker nothing happens. If I say, "Play Rock and Roll on Kitchen" or "...on Kitchen speaker" it does. If I say to the Kitchen speaker, "Play Rock and Roll on Bedroom speaker" it will.

The structure of the Google Home Mini software is confusing to me and I don't know how it works.
